Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
The stockings were hung by the window with care,
In hopes that St Nicholas soon would be there.
He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,
And filled all the stockings, then turned with a jerk.
And laying his finger aside of his nose,
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose!
Santa came!!
Christmas is FUN!!
Bows are fun, too!
Four Great-Grandchildren at Grandma's.
A little Christmas bear at Nana's house. We bought this outfit last Christmas when we just found out we were expecting. But, we only only bought one! How silly of us to think we would only have one more sweet baby this year!
Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve at the Pearsall's.
We enjoyed a delicious meal made by Chuck, then desserts by Nana and Mamaw. Then, after multiple requests by Ella, we opened presents!
What? Anna got an Easy Bake Oven??Oh man, I need to open this big one to see what I got!
Yup, Ella got an Easy Bake Oven, too! Thanks Nana!
Daddy opened his Star Wars game from the girls. :)
Charlie and Mollie couldn't be left out. They both received presents, but the bows were more exciting.
Merry Christmas from the twins!
Ella's Easy Bake cookies were delicious!
Finally, Mollie and Charlie with the best gifts ever!

The twins welcomed their newest friend on December 16th, sweet little Claire Elizabeth Lyvers.
They also started eating real food! Mollie loves it, and is already a pro at eating carrots and peas!
Charlie, on the other hand, wants nothing at all to do with solid food of any sort. I think Nana said it best when she said, "I may as well have been putting poop in his mouth." Just look at that face!
And he's even gagging here! Not because he is choked, but because he thinks it is so gross!
I guess we'll just have to keep trying with Charlie, but Mollie has eating a whole serving of veggies (carrots, then peas) for four nights now.

Check-ups! Four months for the twins and yearly for the big girls.
Mollie - 12lbs, and I already forgot how long. 25% in height and weight.
Charlie - 14lbs, 23.5in. 25% in weight and 75% in height.
You would never know these two babies were preemies four months ago! They are right where they should be now, and Mollie is even a little advanced because she can hold her head up so well and roll over. Charlie will get there, he's just a little lazy. They both got 3 shots, too. Charlie was upset from the get-go because he was sleepy and I think he's trying to get a tooth, so he passed out pretty quickly from exhaustion after his 3 shots. Mollie was so good the whole time and just cried a little bit before she settled down and went to sleep, too.
Ella and Anna are doing great as well. Anna got 5 shots, and was so brave. She said, "I'm not gonna pry (cry)!" She tried so hard; but with 5 shots, I think anyone would pry a little. Ella, on the other hand, cried when everyone else got their shots, but not when she got hers. She literally paced around the room crying, "Oh! Oh! Oh!," while everyone else got their shots. It was like she felt the pain for each one of her siblings.
All told, we survived the 2 hour visit and it wasn't as horrible as I thought it would be.
